Helen Skinner
I am a STOTT Pilates Trained instructor. I have always loved sport, tennis, aerobics, running, cycling - you name it and I have tried it. Being very competetive I have always pushed harder and harder to try and get the most out of my body. But there comes a time when all that pushing takes it's toll, so I decided to find the Yin to my Yang and came up with Pilates.
Pilates helps me to continue with my other sports allowing my body to recover and rebalance. Ensuring that I reduce the chance of injury, increase my core strength and stability along with longer leaner muscles I feel better with heightened mind-body awareness. All in all it has increased my self-confidence. This is what Pilates can offer you.
I completed my training at YMCAfit, London where they offer all of STOTT Pilates courses. I can deliver Essential, Intermediate and Advanced level workouts.
